Relax, Just Take It Cheesy

This was a HelloFresh meal. I may or may not have forgotten to take a final picture of the plated meal. I would apologize but honestly a grilled cheese sorta looks like a grilled cheese. The natives didn't complain much, they were a tad bit annoyed that it had "stuff" on it, but it was consumed. The official title of the recipe is Magnifico Mozz Melts with Balsamic Red Pepper Jam, Herb Aioli & Crispy Garlic Potatoes. Onions and red bell peppers definitely aren't on the list of favorite vegetables for Hunter or the Natives but they were good sports. A jam is about the most unhealthy way to add in a veggie, cover it in cheese and throw it on a carb makes it even worse...but they all ate it. Best part about this one is that it is easy to make on your own, not a single crazy or difficult to find ingredient. If you want to jazz up your grilled cheese game...go for it. I've also gone back to basics on my workout. I decided to go back and focus on me. I felt a little frustrated on Sunday because I've really let myself down. That won't happen again. I'm going to try and catch myself back by working on increasing my cardio (no more getting in to my own head about running, its damn good cardio and if I look stupid doing it, I look stupid). I've decided to go back to intermittent fasting until I can get my cardio up and my weight down. I know that the beer/wine/cocktails and carbs/desserts don't help but I was eating/drinking all of that this summer and I was down in my happy zone for weight and had good muscle structure. I took video for the first time in months to check form and I was very unhappy with how I looked but was mostly okay with my form. Summer Gatherer should have been happier with her appearance, Fall Gatherer was a jerk and ruined it. Winter Gatherer is going to whip them both into shape by looking good and being proud(ish) of it.
No more getting irritated I can't lift heavy, no more worrying about other people, just good old fashioned hard work and dedication.
